How to show different thank-you pages based on form answers

One generic thank-you page is fine for a simple contact form. When different answers need different next steps, a conditional success variant lets the page respond to what someone actually submitted.

Start with the default state

Write a confirmation that works for everyone. YetiForm shows the default success state when no variant matches, so it should always be accurate and useful.

Add a focused variant

  1. In the builder's Success State, create a variant and give it a descriptive name.
  2. Choose a field and a condition. For example, match a dropdown choice such as Budget is Enterprise, or an email that contains a relevant domain.
  3. Edit the variant's title, text, and other success content so it gives that group a clear next action.
  4. Preview matching and non-matching responses. The first matching variant is shown, so check the order when rules overlap.

Use submitted values carefully

You can insert available field variables into success text, such as a greeting using a submitted name. Choose the token shown in the Text Block properties. Check how the text reads when a field is optional or left blank. Conditional variants and success-page variables are available on Starter and higher plans.

Trace the result

The submission detail shows which success variant was displayed. That helps you confirm the conditions behaved as expected when someone reports seeing the wrong next step.
