These terms describe how you may use YetiForm and what to expect from the service.
Using YetiForm
You may use YetiForm to build and publish forms, connect forms hosted elsewhere, collect submissions, and use related features. You must be able to enter into an agreement and provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in methods secure and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your forms and submissions
You remain responsible for the forms you create, the information you request, and the submissions you collect. Make sure you have a lawful basis to collect that information and provide any notices or consents your form requires. You retain your rights in your content and grant YetiForm permission to host, process, display, and transmit it only as needed to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use YetiForm for unlawful activity, spam, phishing, malware, harassment, or to infringe another person’s rights. Do not attempt to bypass service limits, interfere with other users, or access data that does not belong to you. We may restrict or suspend use that creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
Plans and payments
Features and limits depend on your chosen plan. Paid plan prices and billing terms are shown before checkout. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider. If you change or cancel a plan, the features available to your account may change at the end of the relevant billing period, subject to the terms shown at checkout.
Availability and changes
We work to keep YetiForm available and secure, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may update features, limits, and these terms as the service develops. If a change materially affects your use of YetiForm, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
Ending your use
You may stop using YetiForm at any time. Contact us if you need help closing your account or requesting deletion of account data. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if necessary to protect the service or others. We may retain information where required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
