What is YetiForm?
YetiForm gives your forms a home. Create a form with our builder, or connect one you’ve built yourself, and collect its submissions in one dashboard. You can also send confirmation emails and redirect people after they submit.
How long does it take to configure?
You can get a simple form ready in a few minutes. Choose your fields, customise the styling and publish it, then add the embed snippet to your website. If you already have a form, our setup wizard gives you an endpoint to connect it to YetiForm.
Can I add it to any website?
YetiForm works with websites that let you add HTML and JavaScript, including custom sites and website builders with custom-code support. Add our embed snippet where you want your form to appear. You don’t need an iframe.
Can I use my existing forms?
Yes. Choose External Form when you create a form in YetiForm, then connect your existing form to the submission endpoint in the setup wizard. Keep your design and code, while your responses appear in the YetiForm dashboard.
Can I try YetiForm for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 form and 100 submissions per month, with YetiForm branding. You can build a form or connect one you already have, then upgrade when you need higher limits.
Do I need a website to share my form?
No. Publish a builder form and share its hosted link directly. If you have a website, you can embed the same form there too.
Can I match my form to my website?
Yes. Customise fonts, colours, borders, spacing, buttons, and hover, focus, and error states. You can also copy styling from another YetiForm as a starting point.
Where do my submissions go?
They appear in your YetiForm dashboard. Open a response to see the answers and submission actions, and keep track of which responses you’ve read.
Can I send email notifications?
Yes. Send a confirmation to the person who submitted your form, and send copies to other email addresses. Confirmations to the submitter require an email field in builder forms, or a field named email in external forms.
What happens when I reach my submission limit?
Your forms keep collecting responses. Submissions beyond your monthly allowance are locked in the dashboard until you upgrade, so you can keep receiving responses without displaying their contents on your current plan.
Can I change my form after publishing?
Yes. Edit your form in the builder, then publish the changes when you’re ready. Your existing embed and hosted link will show the updated form without replacing the snippet on your website.
Can I use file uploads and spam protection?
Builder forms support file uploads up to 1MB on Free, 20MB on Starter, and 50MB on Business. You can choose allowed file types and add honeypot fields, maths challenges, or reCAPTCHA v2. File uploads and spam protection aren’t currently included in the external-form submission endpoint.
