We’re excited to introduce YetiForm V0.1: a home for your forms and every submission that follows. Whether you’re building something new or connecting a form you already have, YetiForm helps you start collecting responses without building your own submission backend.

Create your form with our native builder, choose your fields, and arrange them into one or multiple steps. When you’re ready, publish it and add it to your website with a simple embed snippet, or share a link to its hosted page.

Already built your form elsewhere? Use YetiForm as your submission backend. Connect forms built with Next.js, Astro, Framer, Webflow, or any website that can send a form submission to our endpoint. Keep your existing design while collecting responses in the same YetiForm dashboard.

The builder supports names, email addresses, phone numbers, short text, multi-line text, website URLs, passwords, addresses, company details, and numbers. You can also add dates and times, months and weeks, dropdowns, a country dropdown with pre-filled options, multiple-choice fields, radio buttons, checkboxes, consent fields, file uploads, signatures, and hidden fields. Honeypot fields, simple maths challenges, and reCAPTCHA v2 are available for additional spam protection.

Make your form feel like part of your website with extensive styling options. Choose a Google Font and adjust titles, descriptions, labels, input text, colours, borders, shadows, layout, and spacing. Fine-tune hover, focus, and validation states, customise your buttons and step indicators, and choose how your form animates. You can also copy styling from another form as a starting point.

After a submission, show a custom success message, include a video, or redirect visitors to another page. Send confirmation emails to the person who filled out your form and copies to your team. Your submissions appear in the dashboard, alongside views, submission counts, and the analytics available on your plan.
